hey there — i'm geoph essex, an artist and all-around creative type. i've been creating art since about the time i could walk, and i was a precocious walker.
photos, sketches, paintings, sculptures...anything from creating people out of pipe-cleaners (one of my very first media) to creating images in 3d computer graphics, i just have a compulsive urge to fill space that was empty before i got there (i'm a big fan of diners with clean white placemats) and invent visions that nobody else has seen.
i've taken a variety of art classes throughout my life, from after-school programs to college design and art courses, though i tend to be self-taught with most techniques (which is typical of most things i do). i'm available for hire, if you have a particular art project you'd like me to tackle for you...and i wouldn't turn my nose up at teaching some art classes, either, if you're interested.
